How do I check in to Blue Heaven? After flying into Marsh Harbour, simply take a taxi to the ferry or your rental boat company. On your way to Hope Town, call our caretaker Steve Thompson (call sign "Rising Tide") on the on VHF 16 if in a private/rental boat, or have the ferry captain call for you. Steve will meet you at the dock and get you settled into Blue Heaven. Check In time is 3 pm, this should be timed perfectly for you flight arrival in Marsh Harbour. Check out is 11 am. Please let our Caretaker know your flight times so he can help you transport your luggage to the dock, and get you on the correct ferry to make your connections.

NO CHECK IN AFTER 6 PM – unless special arrangements are made with caretaker.

Are there restaurants and shopping near Blue Heaven? Yes, many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance to Blue Heaven.

Do I need to bring towels and linens to the home? We provide you with the linens and towels. You may wish to bring beach towels for the beach.

Is Blue Heaven non-smoking? Yes, Blue Heaven is a non-smoking environment. Guests are permitted to smoke on the patio area outside.

What about laundry? There is a laundromat in town just a short distance from Blue Heaven.

Can I have a cook come your rental villa? There are many wonderful cooks on the island, simply ask our care taker Steve Thompson.

Do I have to tip the maid or the care taker? An end of stay tip is always appreciated.

Is it safe to drink the water? Yes, the water is perfectly safe to drink.

Are there doctors & hospitals close by? Yes, there is a pharmacy, dentist and medical clinic in Marsh Harbour.
